Executive Profiles

§  Global Finance Principal - Kristen Harris, MBA

Kristen serves as the Founder and CEO of KAHARRIS & CO., LLC, a boutique consulting firm, where her mission is to “Partner with leaders and organizations to provide strategic and financial insights to achieve what matters most.” She also serves as the finance leader at a local university – where she’s charged with financial oversight and has steadfastly advanced the university’ financial stewardship and standing.

In short, Kristen is a visionary leader whose entire career has centered around providing guidance to corporations managing complex business issues, ranging from directing strategy to investigating fraud, to solving institutional crises to managing millions in assets for shareholders. Correspondingly, she has served as a financial expert in diverse capacities in her roles at Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and other professional services firms, paving the way for KAHARRIS & CO., LLC.

Kristen’s areas of expertise include corporate strategic planning, financial management, program development, investigative audits, risk management, organizational culture and standard-setting. In addition, she leverages her voice, expertise, experiences and visionary outlook to deliver curated financial pieces, insights and thought leadership in areas meaningful to the advancement of others. Kristen’s breadth of experience crosses several industries and uniquely blends expertise in major areas of business including financial services, legal, healthcare, and corporate and university administration. These experiences have allowed Kristen to successfully lead through the intersection of strategy, finance, and organizational transformations which continue to fortify her leadership portfolio as a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Kristen has faithfully prioritized opportunities for service to the broader community. She joined the Board of FEI (Financial Executives International, PHX) as a commitment to the finance profession and is excited to be a part of the evolution of the organization. She is also honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Adelante Healthcare as an Emeritus member, as she’s committed to being a part of the solution of providing quality healthcare to all – including the underserved. Kristen is also a forever Rotarian as their principles mirror her own: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Kristen is a native of Columbus, Ohio and is an enthusiastic Buckeye, Chiefs andEagles fan. She studied Economics and Spanish at Bucknell University earning an BA in Economics (with a minor in Spanish). She also studied Business Administration earning an MBA from Arizona State University. 

Kristen has a passion for traveling, learning new languages, is fluent in French, loves to play tennis, and has an enthusiastic love for uplifting and empowering individuals and communities. She is an adoring wife and mother of two beautiful t(w)eens.

§  Global Director - Kourtney Williams, MBA  

Kourtney joined KAHARRIS & CO., LLC in 2023 serving as Business Consultant Advisor providing guidance in the areas of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Kourtney has held progressive roles as a Human Resources professional across several multinational companies in diverse industries including telecommunications, retail, consumer product goods, logistics and transportation and engineering and technology. 

Kourtney’s areas of expertise include DEI, talent acquisition, coaching, talent development and strategic planning and training. 

Kourtney is a native of Columbus, Ohio and is a proud Buckeye fan. She studied Sociology and Business Administration at The Ohio State University (OSU) and earned an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

Kourtney has a passion for travelling, learning about new cultures, trivia and discovering new podcasts. In her spare time, Kourtney enjoys exploring new restaurants with friends and spending time with her son and partner.
